MyAVECC Overview
MyAVECC is a utility and tools application developed by National Information Solutions Cooperative for Android devices. It offers Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative member-owners the ability to manage their energy services conveniently. The app features functions such as Bill & Pay, allowing users to check their account balance, due dates, and manage payments. Users can also access bill history, including PDF versions of past bills on their mobile devices.
Another key feature of MyAVECC is My Usage, which provides energy use graphs to help users identify high usage trends. The app's intuitive gesture-based interface makes navigating these graphs seamless. Additionally, users can easily reach out to the cooperative through the Contact Us feature within the app.
